Ready To Go

Here's Logan Saturday at the soccer game. He had to put Dad's glasses on before we could go and watch the games.

A Sneak Peak

We've been working on the baby's room lately and it's just been nice to go in there and sit and enjoy the pretty pinkness of everything. Here's some of what we've accomplished so far, although I still have a couple of walls to decorate and some shelves to paint.

Sleepy Boys

We wore the boys out good today. I peeked at Logan during his nap and this was how he was sleeping. I figured if he was comfortable then I'd leave him alone, but I couldn't resist snapping a picture of his strange position.

As for the big boys, they went out selling coupon books this afternoon, played in the park for a while and ran around outside. It was a late night for them, since they needed baths, and they fell asleep in a jiffy.

I Love Kung Fu!

This one's for you, Dad!

Petting Zoo

Today the Piney Creek Greenhouse had a petting zoo. There were goats, sheep, a rabbit and a calf. We went after the soccer games and the boys had a blast feeding the goats. At first Logan didn't even want to go in the fence. Then David lifted him into the pen and Logan got pretty nervous around those big goats. He was not a happy camper! By the end of the time, Logan probably would've sat on one if given the chance! All the boys really enjoyed it.

(Yes, in case you're wondering -- now even more than ever before, David wants to get a goat!)

More Petting Zoo Pictures

Here are a few more. In the second & fourth pictures the cup is stuck on the goat's nose! I didn't capture the moment quickly enough before Cole put his hand up there to help the goat out! Ha!

It's a girl!

Okay. . . we already knew that, but today we had a second ultrasound and got to double check! :-) It was so refreshing to see her again, to watch her yawn and to see her little heart beating. I needed that! Here are a couple of the pictures that we got today.

Handles

So Logan came up with another little funny and he didn't even know it. I dug some sandals out of a basket today for him to wear, since he keeps wearing his shoes in the mud! Tonight while we were cooking out Logan brought his sandals to me and said, "Can you please put my handles on?" Yes. . . . I asked him to repeat that a couple times just because it was cute to listen to!

Cole

Here are some from the soccer fields on Saturday. I love those kicking/action shots of the boys.

And here he is during Trevor's game:

Yesterday Cole had some wisdom to impart to me. He said, "Mom, now that I am growing, my leg hurts!" Not sure how the two are related, but somewhere he must've heard about those growing pains!

The View

Here is the view from my back deck. All winter these "dry cows" have been up in their barn. I've kind of missed them! I figure if I have to smell them anyway, I might as well enjoy watching them too! They're such peaceful animals.

Logan

I shadowed Logan closely today, so naturally I got a lot of Logan pictures. Those little cheeks are too hard to resist!

Bubbles

I bought some bubbles for the kids and they've been stashed away for a while. Today Trevor found them and we spent a delightful evening outside blowing and popping bubbles. It took Logan quite a while to get the hang of it, but he finally did. There's so much cuteness in these pictures, I hope you can handle it!

Tickets!!!!!!

Cole was the jackpot winner today. He was the only one of us that could shoot a ball into a hand on a game. It just so happened that when he made the shot, the number 125 was lit up. So yes! He got 125 tickets!

Chuck E. Cheese

With David out of town for a few days, I knew I'd need to pack my days with something to keep all of us from missing him too badly. Today I told the boys if they cleaned their room - without complaining - we would go to Chuck E. Cheese. Let me tell you. . . . that was no small project! We had a good time there and the boys just thought I was the best mommy ever today.

Flowers

I planted some flowers this week. Hopefully in a month I can take another picture and see how much they've filled out.
